The General Services Administration (GSA) is the government’s premier commercial acquisition program. GSA contracts offer a fast, convenient, and effective means of contracting for goods and services that complies with all federal business rules and regulations. As a GSA contract holder, government clients can obtain environmental consulting services from Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) through our GSA Schedule 899-1 and 899-1 RC contract. These competitively awarded schedule contracts have fixed prices that have been determined by the government to be “fair and reasonable” and are available to all government agencies and their authorized contractors.

EPEI’s corporate capabilities and GSA contract information are located in our Capabilities Statement and can be viewed by accessing this file. More detailed GSA contracting information, including approved government rates, are located in EPEI’s Official Federal Supply Service price list. This information can also be found at GSAAdvantage!®, the government’s premier online catalogue (www.gsaadvantage.com). This information and ordering system allows federal agencies to search and compare services, goods, and pricing information and provides a means by which governmental customers can educate themselves about the services and goods offered by EPEI.

GSA contracts offer a means by which two or more companies offering a range of related goods or services can form a teaming arrangement by which a “total solution” can be provided to potential government contractors that none of the firms could provide by themselves. Firms wishing to form a teaming arrangement are encouraged to contact one of the GSA Contract Administrators for more information. Large businesses seeking small business sub-contractors are also encouraged to contact one of the GSA Contract Administrators listed on the price list and capability statement.
